Nisha makes a quiet entry into the Tekriwal house but Manorma sees her and misunderstand her to be a cook. Nisha sees Asha and Sakshi suffer torture at the hands of Manorama and gets angry on them. ¨       Also wins HCV Truck of the Year (Rigid) – for MN25 (25 ton GVW)

Mumbai: A year after it unveiled its entire range of high performance HCV trucks and announced the start of production for four of its variants - MN25, MN31, MN25 Tipper and MN40 - Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. has earned the unique distinction of winning two of the most prestigious awards at India’s premier and only Commercial Vehicle awards, the APOLLO Tyres – CV Awards 2011.  

The award was received by Dr. Pawan Goenka, President, Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Mr. Nalin Mehta, Managing Director, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. along with other members of the management team of Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. Also present at the award ceremony were CV industry luminaries along with Satish Sharma, Chief – India Operations, Apollo Tyres, Mr. Hoshang Billimoria, CEO, Next Gen Publishing.

Coupled with the multi-lingual, 24x7 call centre branded as ‘NOW’, which is manned by trained service experts, Mahindra Navistar is all set to unleash a new paradigm in customer service in the Indian trucking industry. In addition, nearly 430 Roadside Assistance centres are also in place to provide service. Besides this, MNAL will also draw on the vast pool of Mahindra auto and tractor channel partners to use as an extended network for servicing customers’ needs. At this stage, 220 such Authorized Service Points are already in place.
