Videocon d2h IIFA Weekend 2011 was privy to an exclusive preview of the new Bollywood theatrical productions on Day 2, to be launched at Kingdom of Dreams this year – Jhumroo & Here I am-ShiamakShah Rukh KhanGlobal Ambassador for India’s first live entertainment and leisure destination announced the ambitious projects at a splendid ceremony at the 12th edition of iifa (India International Film Awards) in Toronto today.

The star studded event also witnessed a special showcase of the first ever documentary onKingdom of Dreams by National Geographic Channel for the remarkable show ‘Inside’. Nat Geo’s ‘Inside’ unravels the world's most restricted places and spectacular destinations, highlighting their use of science, high-tech tools and other lesser known facets.

Present for this significant announcement were celebrated actors from the Indian film fraternity, World media, Shiamak Davar, Mr. Viraf Sarkari, Mr. Andre Timmins, Mr. Sabbas Joseph, Directors, Wizcraft International Entertainment and Anumod Sharma, Apra Group of Companies.

An out and out musical comedy – ‘Jhumroo’ will be launched in October 2011 at Kingdom of Dreams. Packed with 19 Bollywood retro songs, Jhumroo is a celebration of the spirit of Kishore Kumar and literally so. Jhumroo not only promises its audience a good laugh and a happy experience but will also surprise them with twists and turns in the storyline and an astonishing use of technology to help build the story, a unique prospect to be showcased only in Nautanki Mahal at the Kingdom of Dreams.

In a first of its kind initiative, Kingdom of Dreams will also present ‘Here I am –Shiamak’ a Vegas styled dance and music show fitted perfectly in the state of the art auditorium –Nautanki Mahal. This extravaganza by the phenomenal dance maestro will bring various genres of dance alive on stage. I am really excited to perform live at Nautanki Mahal in Kingdom of Dreams. Here I am’ is a unique theatrical spectacular with an international format which will be seen for the first time at the amazing Kingdom of Dreams. Shiamak Davar said on the association.
‘ZANGOORA’ - The Gypsy Prince, world’s biggest cinematic themed theatrical musical commenced at the magnificent Nautanki Mahal nine months ago and completed its sensational run of 300 successful shows on 11 June 2011. Kingdom of Dreams on this historic occasion has taken yet another leap by taking ZANGOORA on a world tour in 2012.  Now the star cast of ZANGOORA will mesmerise the audiences around the world with their stellar performances.

Abha to explore a secret about Swarna Bhawan

In Rajshri’s Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli, Thakur accidently comes across an ancestral book about the history of the Swarna Bhawan. Thakur is surprised and shocked to know about the secret  room in Swarna Bhavan. He  is curious to read the book and find out the mystery behind the secret room but  realizes that there are some pages missing in the book. In the mean while Abha also has started to see the locked door in her dreams. Also she notices some activities around the house which seem to be driven by an intriguing force. She realizes that there is something that is amiss in the house. She decides to find out what her dreams mean. With all going well in the family and everyone returning to their normal, daily chores, Abha has this added mystery to solve. Will she seek Karan’s help or try and figure out the truth about her dreams and apprehensions alone? Will she be able to know the truth? Will she be able to discover the book from her father to know the reality?
